Surreal views as the land turned white

On a blustery, cold morning I looked out the window and saw this magical land. Almost everything had turned white overnight.

I quickly made my way to the seafront. I wanted to see the iconic Bournemouth pier in snow, I wanted to see snow on the beach! As the wind was cutting into my skin I found the right position and set up my camera. I could barely move my hands as I had to remove my gloves to set up my gear.

At some point, I saw a shadow emerge from under the pier. A surfer, who stopped for a moment and looked at me, then carried on.

The world had turned upside down, the views were surreal.
