Finding my grandmother’s home in Amsterdam

A family day out as my mother, my sister and my brother’s other half went to visit Amsterdam.
We saw the emotions of Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Diego Velázquez at the famous Rijksmuseum. It was truly fascinating to see such masterpieces in real life.

We also took a trip down memory lane as we walked over cobbled stones and reached the Keizersgracht area. This was where my grandmother lived after World War II with her husband. They had a beautiful apartment with high ceilings looking over the Amsterdam channels.

This photo is in memory of her life and what better way to celebrate this with my mother and sister.
